It depends on the structure of your website, whether it was initially built by us, and what moving parts it has. There's a lot of flexibility with add-ons, and if you don't need a feature that's "standard" we are happy to negotiate the price down. Contact us for a free no-strings-attached consultation, and write some information about your website and that you'd like help deciding on a plan, we will help you decide!
We send email invoices via Stripe which link to a secure page for adding payment info. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debit card and we accept all major credit cards.
You pay us once for the remainder of the month when you sign the contract, then we send a recurring invoice on the 1st of every month. We do not accept cash or cheque.
Yes, the subscription is indefinite so you keep paying until you don't need our services any more. After the minimum term you are free to cancel anytime with no fees or hassle.
You just have to sign a new contract. You will still be subject to the 6 Month minimum term.
If you cancel before the 6 Month minimum term is minimum term is over, you still owe us the full cost of what the minimum term would normally cost, using our Management and Maintenance pricing as a guide, minus what you've already paid. On top of prior technical setup and integration work on the site, when we set up your domain and emails we have to pay for a year at a time so we have to recoup these costs if you cancel.
Every invoice comes with a 7-day grace period. If it's not paid within 7 days, there is a £25 late fee applied. If there are invoices overdue for more than three months, we can cancel the contract. We are generally understanding of difficult situations and will offer assistance, but if there is no communication or replies when we reach out, we have to take precautions to make sure we not being taken advantage of.
You own your domain, emails, website content, Google listings and profiles. This service does not affect ownership of the website or design.
