After receiving a consultation and selecting a tier, this is what you can expect to happen next. We walk you through the whole process, and once we're done we look after the website for you so you never have to worry.

Add-On costs are monthly, except where stated otherwise. Where multiple prices are listed, it is determined based on the tier of your website due to differing cost or time requirements on our end.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Which option should I choose?

  It depends on the size of your business, how many more clients you want to take on, your budget, and other factors. There's a lot of flexibility with add-ons, and if you don't need a feature that's "standard" we are happy to negotiate the price down. Contact us for a free no-strings-attached consultation, and write some information about your business and that you'd like help deciding on a plan, we will help you decide!

• How can I pay?

  We send email invoices via Stripe which link to a secure page for adding payment info. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debit card and we accept all major credit cards.

• When do I get billed?

  You pay 30% of the price for the website when you sign the contract, another 30% after agreeing on the initial design, and the last 40% once the website is finalised. Then we send a recurring invoice of £25 on the 1st of every month for hosting, domain and maintenance. We do not accept cash or cheque.

• Do I continue paying after the third instalment?

  There is a 6 Month minimum term during which you pay £25/month for hosting, domain, emails, maintenance etc. Once that term is up you can choose whether to stay with us or take your website to someone else.

• What if I cancel after the 6 Month minimum term and want to come back?

  You just have to sign a new contract for our Website Management and Maintenance service. You will still be subject to a 6 Month minimum term.

• What happens if I cancel before the minimum term is over?

  If you cancel before the 6 Month minimum term is over, assuming we registered a domain for you, you owe us the full cost of what the minimum term would normally cost, using our Design and Development pricing as a guide, minus what you've already paid. When we set up your domain and emails, we have to pay for a year at a time so we have to recoup the cost if you cancel. If you already owned the domain, cancelling is free.

• How do you handle late payments?

  Every invoice comes with a 7-day grace period. If it's not paid within 7 days, there is a £25 late fee applied. If there are invoices overdue for more than three months, we can cancel the contract. We are generally understanding of difficult situations and will offer assistance, but if there is no communication or replies when we reach out, we have to take precautions to make sure we not being taken advantage of.

• What if I don't like the design?

  You can cancel at any point before signing off on an initial design to get a full refund, minus the cost of any other services we provided. For example if we purchased a domain and email inbox for one year which still belongs to you, you would still have to pay for that. After the initial design, refunds are at our discretion.

• Will I own the website?

  You own your domain, emails, website content, Google listings and profiles. We own the design of the website. You receive a perpetual license to utilise our work for your website once the third instalment is paid.

• What if I want another party to provide domain and hosting right away?

  That's completely fine! Our goal is to give you a hassle-free experience so we assume our clients would be happy for us to take care of this. If that's not the case for you it's no problem at all—we will send you the files when we're done, and not set up the recurring invoice. If you change your mind, you can always use our Website Management and Maintenance service.
