• Which option should I choose?

  It depends on the size of your business, how many more clients you want to take on, your budget, and other factors. There's a lot of flexibility with add-ons, and if you don't need a feature that's "standard" we are happy to negotiate the price down. Contact us for a free no-strings-attached consultation, and write some information about your business and that you'd like help deciding on a plan, we will help you decide!

• How can I pay?

  We send email invoices via Stripe which link to a secure page for adding payment info. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debit card and we accept all major credit cards.

• When do I get billed?

  You pay us once for the remainder of the month when you sign the contract, then we send a recurring invoice on the 1st of every month. We do not accept cash or cheque.

• Do I continue paying after the 12 Month minimum term?

  Yes, the subscription is indefinite so you keep paying until you don't need our services any more. Ideally we'd like to have clients last at least 5 years to make it financially viable for us. At that point we hope our clients continue to see the value in our work and keep paying us so we can continue to do what we do.

• What if I cancel after the minimum term and want to come back?

  You just have to sign a new contract. You will still be subject to the 12 Month minimum term.

• What happens if I cancel before the minimum term is over?

  If you cancel before the 12 Month minimum term is over, you owe us the full cost of what the site would normally cost, using our Design and Development pricing as a guide, minus what you've already paid. We prioritise long relationships with our clients and we want clients to feel the same way.

• How do you handle late payments?

  Every invoice comes with a 7-day grace period. If it's not paid within 7 days, there is a £25 late fee applied. If there are invoices overdue for more than three months, we can cancel the contract and the client will be responsible for paying the full price of the site. We are generally understanding of difficult situations and will offer assistance, but if there is no communication or replies when we reach out, we have to take precautions to make sure we not being taken advantage of.

• What if I don't like the design?

  You can cancel at any point before signing off on an initial design to get a full refund, minus the cost of any other services we provided. For example if we purchased a domain and email inbox for one year which still belongs to you, you would still have to pay for that. After the initial design, refunds are at our discretion.

• Will I own the website?

  You own your domain, emails, website content, Google listings and profiles. We own the design of the website. You receive a temporary license to utilise our work for your website, contingent upon your continued payment.

• What if I want to buy out the subscription or transfer the service to another provider?

  After the 12 Month minimum term is completed, you may buy out the design. If you want to transfer the service to another provider you need to buy out the design.
